People are sick of being used for corporate ends that are quite meaningless, and considering the number of hours we are all at work, actually want to do something personally fulfulling. What a great initiative! Wish we had something like this in Australia! All our recruitment companies are highly unethical and jobseekers don't want to deal with them, but have to.
